Seda Muftugil Yalcin is an organisational scholar at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam researching social entrepreneurship, hybrid organisations, DEI, and societal impact. She investigates how social enterprises create, measure, and communicate impact, focusing on balancing multiple organisational goals.
